I recently attended a red carpet event and have some great new pictures that I would love to send out to the casting agencies for whom I have worked before.  But, I had been told previously that some agencies only want new pictures if you have lost or gained  alot of weight or colored/cut your hair...my head shots are about 3 years old..and I feel I look better now, than in anything they might currently have of me... what is the best advice for this situation?  Do, I email new pics...or will that be a negative towards casting me in anything?  Thanks!
