I'd like to point out that HAN is made up of people of many different faiths and relgions, and of no faith at all. So it doesn't seem to me that HAN, and in particular the HAN Administration Team forum, is an appropriate place to be stating religious convictions.

Getting back to the mixer idea. I'd like to suggest that a message be sent out to the entire HAN community, something like, "We'd like to start up the monthly mixers again and are looking for one or two people to take charge of it, finding places to meet, setting it up, hosting them, etc. If you're interested, please contact us".
