Description: The Hawaii Entertainment Expo (HEXXP) is a multi‐genre convention melding sci‐fi, anime, gaming,

film‐makers, costuming, and other sectors of the entertainment industry. This event features concerts, workshops, film series premieres, artist and vendor exhibits, and contests open to the general public.

A new television show is coming to Honolulu to film and will need background extras for their project.
10/1/12
The untitled network television project is slated to begin filming here on Oahu around October 23rd.
We will be looking for American tourists, some Hawaiians and some military. We would like people to look “natural” and come to the ca

sting session dressed casually. For women; leave the hair down so the hair department can see what they have to work with. Non-Hawaiian native looks may need to have haircuts and/or shave facial hair. If you sign up, please be willing to do this.
It is important that you bring a recent snapshot for the casting files and expect to be photographed for the Director & Producers of the project to allow them to make their choices. We also require prospective background extras to know all their clothing sizes in order to enable costumers to dress them effectively. So please be ready to leave that information with us when you sign up.
The Casting Sessions will be held at the Aloha Tower, in the “Aloha Lounge” - 2nd Floor, Diamond Head side of the center.
Friday, October 5th, from 11am to 6pm Saturday, October 6th, from 10am to 6pm
You will be meeting with Margaret Doversola and crew, the local casting people on this project.

NOW in the month of August, we are searching Oahu to find ACTORS to be salespeople that have lived in Hawaii for at least 6 months, for Hawaii's newest reality TV show called Funny Business.  Starring famed actor and comedian Augie T., in his zany adventures being the Vice President of Hi Alarm. Actors will play the role of salespeople competing in a sales contest for our global TV viewing audience to win cash and prizes! All participants will receive commission that is paid bi-weekly, plus have the global exposure that could launch you into a new acting career as a co-star on our show and a chance to be in Hollywood!

First Choice Members must comply with the following:

1. A professional head-shot as your profile picture.

2. All the questions on your profile completely filled out.

3. Actors- Must have a demo reel and resume on your profile.

4. Models- Must have at least two portfolio type pictures on your profile.

5. Voice Actors- Must have a voice demo reel.

All filmmakers, photographers, casting directors and talent agencies must have profile completely filled out with links to your website or your work before you become a member of First Choice. If your profile also says you are an actor or model you will be required to be in compliance with rules 1-5.
