Welcome to flight #2012. We are prepared to take off into the New Year. Please make sure your attitude and blessings are secured and locked in an upright position. All self-destructive devices should be turned off at this time. All negativity, hurt, and discouragement should be put away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull down a prayer. Prayers will automatically be activated by faith. Once your faith is activated, you can assist other passengers. There will be NO BAGGAGE allowed on this flight. The captain has cleared us for takeoff. Destination - GREATNESS. If I lose weight, I'm sick. If I dress nice, I'm stuck up. If I say what I think, I'm being disrespectful or rude. If I don't say anything, I'm boring or funny acting. If I cry, I'm being dramatic or extra. If I defend myself, I'm too defensive. These days you just can't do anything without being criticized. ~unknown author~ If you're proud of being who U R REPOST! People are gonna talk regardless; but, guess what?? IT DOES NOT MATTER!! Don't worry about pleasing people. Live to please the Lord!

Hello fellow actors in Christ!  I pray some of you can be a blessing right now, as my film team at PacRim Christian College are having some....difficulties....with our cast.  Our script has a fair amount of dialogue, but plenty of room for ad-libbing.  And availability this week would be GREAT.  Depending on your role, you'd need to be available tomorrow, Wednesday, July 13, and Thursday, July 14.  Morning availability is important as 3/4 of the scenes are beach scenes.  Wardrobe open to whatever you've got in your closets.  No full-on black or white pieces.  Thank you.

Divine Addiction is the story of a man, strong in faith, and successful in church and work, who stumbles along the way.  Estrangement, heartbreak, and finding he's forgotten who really holds the strings in his life brings him back to the Lord.

The short film is a college project.  Upon our completion of the film, you will receive: ~Food for every shoot (a meal is NOT guaranteed)
                       ~A DVD copy of the film w/ appropriate credits
                       ~A free pass into the student film festival on 8/18/11
  
NEEDED CAST:

Nikolas - Male, Early 20's.  Any ethnicity.  Good friend of male lead, strong in the Lord, somewhat playful and simple.

Etta - Female, Early 20's.  Any ethnicity.  Adoptive cousin of Nikolas, also strong in the Lord.  Down-to-earth.  Small but CRUCIAL role.

Damon - Male, Mid-to-Late 20's.  Any ethnicity.  Real boyfriend of female lead.  Non-believer, type of person to cheat.  Small but CRUCIAL role.

Please send contact information, an acting resume, and whatever recent pictures you have of yourself ASAP.  We need people in the next 24 hrs.  I apologize for the lateness of it. 

Tomorrow's shoot will be at Farrington High School, bright and early at 8:15 am.

It's a good reminder to the fellow Christian family who we/they are and where we/they stand in Christ. Love one another at all times. God is good all the time, even at bad times. =) Let The Lord lead.

Thanks for the question Michael. I ask God for help in my prayers every morning and I pray the He will guide my steps and my will. Then I get on with my day and do my best to remember to pray before every decision, no matter how small. I don't always remember to do that but more and more I want to know His will. Yesterday was a tough day for me over family issues but even though I slogged through it He still used me to help others. It is such an honor to be used by God. I'm glad to have an opportunity to talk about Him. God bless us all. TT
