It's time for a new generation to take control of the Hawai'i SAG-AFTRA Board. Our current Co-President Glenn Cannon (formerly Hawai'i SAG President) has served us well over the years. We wish him well in his retirement

Joji Yoshida is more than adequately qualified to do the job. As a very active actor, he knows what is going on behind the scenes of our Union. I hope you will support him. This a grassroots effort which we hope to expand as we get closer to the election in 2013.

You can see Joji's resume here.

Aloha HAN,

I humbly ask for your support of my campaign for SAG AFTRA Hawaii's National Board Member position.  I have been blessed with the opportunity to serve our SAG membership as Councilmember-at-Large for over 3 years, and as a SAG AFTRA Local Board Member for over 1 year.

Looking forward, I feel that Hawaii's acting community will be best served being represented by a National Board Member that is an experienced professional actor who understands our own unique needs, always looks out for the interests, income, safety, and security of her fellow union actors, and who has worked exclusively as a union actor for over a decade under nearly all of our contracts - SAG's,  AFTRA's,  and now soon SAGAFTRA's.

I have extensive experience as a performer in SAG and AFTRA.  I have been a Union professional in our industry since 2000, and have accumulated seven pension credits, as well as over sixty days on SAG and AFTRA stunt contracts, a handful of days on our principal actor contracts, a few days under dancers' contracts and commercials contracts, hundreds of days as a union stand in, and several hundred days as a union background actor.  I have worked in Hollywood, Miami, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Hawaii throughout my career.  I have a full working knowledge of our industry, and I feel that I will represent Hawaii well.

I am always candid, open, and available, and look forward to your comments, questions, concerns, and suggestions.  Please feel free to contact me at any time, for any reason.
Love and aloha to all,

Regina Bailey

I humbly ask for support of my bid for SAGAFTRA Hawaii's National Board. We need an actor with experience, who cares for the interests, income, safety, and security of actors, and who has worked exclusively as a union actor for over a decade under almost all of our contracts. Please see my blog post.
