Keli'i - pretty sure Teddy can't do anything about the non-payment of the commercial you were in. You would have to contact the production company for the commercial. If you are unable to get your payment from them, you can contact the Hawaii Department of Labor (808 586-8777), they may be able to sanction the production company until they pay you. Otherwise you may need to hire an attorney.
