Battleship Cast & Crew Reunion
J.J. Dolan’s 1147 Bethel Street, Downtown Honolulu
6:00 PM to 8:00PM Monday, May 21st. 2012
Attention! All hands on deck! Stand at the ready!
Military Heroes, Old Salt’s & Naval Wives. Its reunion time.
Battleship, our Blockbuster film opens for the public this Friday, May 18th.
We plan to get together on Monday and discuss who got lines; who didn’t; who shined bright and tall and who ended up on the cutting room floor. No matter what, it was great fun and a great experience. Join us, talk story, reminisce and look toward the future. Everyone is welcome to join us. Battleship Cast, Crew, Spouses, friends, well wishers and wannabes. Lets chat about our Battleship experiences and see what each other is doing now. All are welcome. Come and talk to some of the actors who made the move from Background Extra to Principal actor. Get tips and advice from those who are moving up the ladder to success. We are asking several of the principal actors in Battleship to join us and answer questions and give advice to newcomers in this highly competitive film industry. We are asking Joji Yoshida to come. Joji was one of the few local actors who was chosen to go with the film’s stars to Baton Rouge Louisiana, to do two months more of shooting, after Battleship wrapped up in Honolulu. We are asking Don Daily and Phil Trifilo to come. Both of these men were promoted from to Background Extra to Cast and then appeared in the film with speaking parts.
J.J. Dolan’s is one block Makai of Beretania Street. There is parking across the street at Mark’s Garage, or at the parking garage on Beretania just past Nuuanu.

Charles Barry Howarth said… Hi Roger,
Thanks for the e-mail concerning Mixer Planning. We moved here in June and are not that familiar with many of the venues. But we recently had a very nice evening with visiting family at a place called Nico's Pier 38 located at 1133 N.Nimitz Hwy. phone number 808-540-1377 they have a web site at www.nicopier38.com , the evening we were there they had a really good trio performing island upbeat music. Not that expensive and the service was great. Also not bad for noise, just a thought.

Why not contact Special Services of the USS MISSOURI MEMORIAL ASSOCIATION and have mixers on the fantail of the ship. We host many "Night Events" on our ship. Catering and tour guide services are available. Its way way cool to be on the ship at night.....455-1600 #3 on the directory. My name is Marc David Weintraub, I'm a HAN member AND a tour guide on the ship.....

Sure! I wouldn't mind ^_^. I will help in any way I can.
