Hi Russell,

Lucky you got the scholarship.  I was happy for you when I saw that.  How many were in your class on Saturday?  Yes, after the workshop I just had the strangest feeling that these guys were bs, and that made me ask, I wonder how much acting/directing/teaching experience they've had that gives them the right to coach us?  I'm really confused what Jane Jenkins connection is to these two guys.  Were those 4 points covered in your class?  Anything about a producer's session?  Feeling "scammed" about this.

Busy but not in the acting area, which I hope to drastically change this year.  Writing, too, I need to focus in those areas much more.  I did Iris' workshop in July, and man, she doesn't let you get away with anything.  Her energy is amazing and she really works you in a productive way.  Hope to see you around.

thanks for the reply russ. how things been with you and the 5-0 production?

i am not trying to make a big scene about it, i just am stating a point. how is it fair that you are offered to get paid a set amount, then are told to wait for the mail, and never receive it. its the whole principal of the thing.

i appreciate the number you have provided. mahalo

ill await our next 5-0 casting call

Thanks Russell. I am going to do some research on the agencies. I know that Kathy Muller wants me to do a cold read in order to be considered for her agency. I might look into ADR too. How do you like ADR?
